Hosting Questions:
Q. If I cancel my account with NewNetName, are there any hidden charges or fees for transferring the domain to someone else.
A. None at all. Many companies on the Internet will charge you a fee to transfer the name to another host. We don't. It's yours from the word go, you can move it anywhere you like, at any time you like, providing your account balance with us is settled.

Q. Do I need any special software.
A. No, just an FTP package (there are many shareware & free versions) to upload your web site. NewNetName take care of the maintenance of the servers.

Domain Name Questions:
Q. How many domain names can I have on my web site.
A. As many as you want - you can point multiple domains to the same site.
Q. Who owns the domain names you transfer or register for me?
A. You or your client (if you are registering it on someone else's behalf). You specify at the time of ordering who you want to be listed as the registrant.

Q. What details do you need to register a domain name?
A. Owners full name & full address including telephone number required.
For web forwarding & e-mail forwarding, web address and current e-mail address is also required.

Q. Can I have myself as the admin. contact on .COM & .NET domain names?
A. Yes, but be prepared to handle any transfers yourself, it is recommended to leave it to your hosting company (NewNetName will do this for you on all packages).

Q. Who should be on the TECHNICAL & BILLING CONTACTS ?
A. Again normally the hosting company, if it's yourself (same procedure as above to change it) you will have to deal with the repayments and upkeep etc. NewNetName will do all of this as part of the service free of charge.

Q. Can I resell domains to my clients?
A. Yes if you take advantage of our reseller package - contact us for details.
